What we collect
When you book a planning call we collect your name, work email, company, event size and anything you write about your event. We also collect basic, anonymous analytics about how this site is used.
How we use it
To reply to you, to prepare a budget range and a timeline, and to send the drawings and documents you ask for. We do not sell your details and we do not add you to a newsletter.
Who else sees it
Our producers and, once you hire us, the vendors and venues who need names and schedules to build your show. Each receives only what they need for their part.
How long we keep it
Inquiries that do not become shows are deleted after 18 months. Project records are kept for seven years for tax and insurance.
Your choices
Ask us for a copy of your data, a correction or a deletion at hello@pavilionstageworks.com and we will reply within 30 days.
