Estimates and budgets

Estimates are valid for 30 days. A budget becomes binding when both sides sign a production agreement for the show.

Deposits and payment

Shows are booked with a 40 percent deposit. A further 40 percent is due 14 days before load-in and the balance within 30 days of the show.

Changes to scope

Changes after design sign-off are priced in writing before any work starts. A headcount change of 15 percent or less before the build does not change our fee.

Cancellation

More than 60 days before load-in, we refund the deposit less design work already delivered. Inside 60 days, costs already committed to vendors cannot be refunded.

Scenic ownership and storage

Scenic built for you is yours once it is paid in full. We store it at $1.40 per square foot per month unless it is covered by a show retainer.

Insurance and liability

We carry $5 million in general liability and add your venue as additional insured on request. Our liability for any show is limited to the fees paid for that show.
