Pavilion is a 30-person studio in Nashville. We design the stage, build it in our shop and call the show, for 300 to 3,000 guests.
Three rooms from this season
Each one was drawn, built in our shop and run by the same producer from the first walkthrough to the last truck.

What two clients said after the strike
“Our kickoff moved to a 1,400-seat room eight weeks out. Pavilion redrew the stage in four days, and the show ran on time to the minute.”
Renata Okafor
VP Field Marketing, Northwind Labs, Austin
“We used to rent AV from the hotel and hope. Now one producer owns the whole room, and the final bill landed within 2 percent of the estimate.”
Marcus Hale
Head of Events, Ledgerline, Chicago
Questions we answer on the first call
Budgets, lead times, venue rules and what happens when plans change. Anything else, ask a producer.
What does a show like this cost?
Most of our general sessions land between $120,000 and $400,000 for production, depending on the room size, the screens and how much we build. Design starts at $12,000. You get a line-item budget in USD before anything is built, and it only changes if the scope does.
How far ahead should we book?
Can you run a hybrid show?
Do we have to use the venue's in-house AV?
What happens if our headcount changes?
Are you insured and union-ready?
A 30-minute call with a producer. You leave with a budget range for your room size and a straight answer on the timeline.
