What you get
A scaled ground plan of the room, renders of the stage from three seats, a content plan for every screen and a line-item budget in USD. Two rounds of changes are included; most clients use one.
How it runs
We walk the venue with you, measure what the venue's drawings leave out and send the first set of drawings within ten working days. You mark them up in the PDF, we redraw within two.
Good to know
Design is billed on its own, so you can take our drawings to another production company. Most clients do not, but it keeps the first decision small.
A 30-minute call with a producer. You leave with a budget range for your room size and a straight answer on the timeline.
