Why we test-assemble every set in the shop
Two days in our shop saves two hours on the show floor, and show-floor hours cost five times as much.

Every set we build is assembled once in our Nashville shop before it ships. It costs us two days. It saves our clients far more.
Show-floor hours are expensive
A crew hour on a convention floor, with union rates, overtime and venue fees, costs roughly five times a crew hour in our shop. Finding a misfit panel at home is cheap; finding it on site is not.
You are invited
Clients are welcome at every test assembly. Most bring a phone, a coffee and one question they could not answer from the renders.
