The brief
Tidewell brought its top 120 people to the mountains for three days of planning. They wanted it to feel like a retreat and still work like a conference.
The room
A long dinner table for the first night, four breakout rooms in the lodge and a clear-span tent pavilion on the lawn for the town hall, with a low birch stage and one screen.
The show
Our producer ran the three days from a laptop and a radio. When rain moved the lawn session indoors, the stage moved with it in forty minutes.
